THE TEAM

Hodaka Kajita is a results-oriented leader with demonstrated abilities to influence cross-cultural and multi-functional teams.

Mr. Kajita brings 7 years of experience as the LRG Capital Group’s Chief Operating Officer.  He is the direct liaison for all office, financial, legal, IT administration, and all other internal affairs for over 10 related-entities.  He is primarily responsible for the day-to-day business operations and overall management of the LLC.  He underwrites all budgets for the company and is responsible for the consolidation and reduction of the companies’ operational expenses by over 50%.

He executed the simplification of the IT infrastructure while increasing security and reducing cost by successfully implementing more economical, efficient hardware.

At the University of San Francisco, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature/Writing, Japanese (language), and Asian American Studies.  Mr. Kajita also studied abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
