Internship Program

LRG Capital Group offers an internship program with start dates available on a year round basis. Selected candidates will be paid a stipend for their internship work. Interns who demonstrate superior performance may be considered for future employment based on LRG Capital Group’s employment requirements.  

Internship Application

Interested applicants should contact their academic advisor to begin the screening and selection process. Competitive candidates will present a superior record of academic achievement, possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision to accomplish defined goals, and should be highly motivated for a career in the investment space occupied by LRG Capital Group. Selected internship candidates can begin the program at any time during the calendar year, with LRG Capital Group’s approval; consistent with the structure and timing of their business school's academic program requirements.  

Intern Position Description

Interns will learn how new investment opportunities are initially identified, evaluated, and executed. Interns will also perform a wide variety of traditional and specialized investment research and analysis activities applicable to LRG Capital Group’s due diligence processes. Interns will work closely with the LRG Capital Group investment team and will function under their direction and supervision throughout the internship program.
