LRG Capital Group expands its Corporate Advisory Group with the Addition of Kimberly T. Lynch

LARKSPUR, Calif., LRG Capital Group, LLC (“LRG Capital”), a global merchant bank, welcomes Kimberly T. Lynch as Vice President of LRG Capital’s Corporate Advisory Group (LRG Advisory).

Ms. Lynch will report directly to Lawrence Goldfarb, CEO of LRG Capital Group and will also advise on strategic international commercial and real estate alliances and transactions for the company.

Ms. Lynch joins LRG Capital with more than 15 years of investment banking experience. Most recently as president and founder of KTL Consulting, Ms. Lynch advised numerous companies on buy-side acquisitions, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, offer negotiations, and financial structuring. Previously, as the Vice President of Merriman Curhan Ford Corporation’s investment banking group, she was responsible for securing and executing equity and debt financings as well as merger analysis and debt capacity assessment. As Director of Business and Corporate Development for Yahoo!, Inc. she built key strategic relationships for Yahoo’s Latin American division. She has experience in debt capital markets at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and equities at Morgan Stanley.
