LRG Capital Group, LLC was established in 1998 by Lawrence (Larry) R. Goldfarb as a global merchant bank and is the manager for the BayStar Capital Funds. LRG Capital Group makes investments in, and provides financial advisory services to, publicly traded and private companies. With offices in San Francisco, New York and Miami, LRG Capital Group invests in, and represents companies on equity and debt placements, restructurings, recapitalizations, management buyouts and other strategic alternatives and alliances.
LRG Capital Group's management team has advised over 250 companies over the years and brings decades of experience in investing and advising sell-side and buy-side representation, and private and public company mergers, acquisitions and sales. We commit significant resources to every investment and are proud of our record for success and navigating market obstacles as an investor and advisor to companies and their management.
While managing a diversified portfolio of companies, LRG Capital Group has been recognized for its financing expertise in technology, life sciences, media, and communications companies throughout the U.S. and abroad. The firm also owns and develops strategically located real estate assets in the U.S. and outside the U.S., through derivative interests in real estate securities and actively managed real estate development projects and properties.
