Relying on years of direct investment experience, LRG Capital Commercial Ventures (LRG Commercial) was formed to serve as a merchant bank for private companies in search of a non-traditional funding source. Since 2004, our private equity business has pursued investment transactions throughout the United States, India and Asia.
Financing A Wide Variety of Commercial Ventures
Our corporate private equity interests span such industries as consumer products, entertainment and financial services companies. We typically invest in early stage emerging companies that are reorganizing or attempting to enter new markets with existing product/services or a new product/service launch through existing distribution channels. Each investment is accomplished exclusively with our capital. The majority of our gains occur when these private equity investments achieve positive EBITDA through internal growth. The LRG Capital Group team provides guidance as an outside advisor with regular meetings with management until financial and operational goals are achieved.
