LRG Capital Group Appoints Eric Bentley To Lead Its Technology Investment Group

Larkspur, CA, March 5, 2007 -- LRG Capital Group, LLC, a global merchant bank that invests in and provides advisory services to small capitalization public and private companies, today announced the appointment of Eric J. Bentley to focus on the company's investments in the technology sector.

Mr. Bentley joins the company with more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and management consulting, focusing on technology companies. Over the last decade, Mr. Bentley has provided financial advisory services for various technology companies in transactions that aggregate to over $60 billion in value. His career has included experience in a myriad of roles, ranging from buy and sell side M&A advisory to capital placement agency for technology companies.

In his new capacity, Mr. Bentley will identify and manage technology investments for LRG Capital Group's investment fund, BayStar Capital Structured Investment Fund. Mr. Bentley will also be responsible for all aspects of advisory services within the technology area, including public offerings, private placements, PIPEs, debt placements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Most recently, Mr. Bentley served as a Director in the Technology, Media and Telecom group for Cowen and Company, LLC. Prior to joining Cowen, he was a Principal in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Thomas Weisel Partners. Mr. Bentley also served as a founding member of Merrill Lynch's Technology Mergers and Acquisitions practice in San Francisco. He has also worked at BT Securities. Before initiating his investment banking career, Mr. Bentley provided management consulting services at Arthur Andersen, where he earned his C.P.A. certification.

Mr. Bentley holds an MBA degree with distinction from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA cum laude from Harvard University.
