Lawrence R. Goldfarb, JD
Chief Executive Officer of LRG Capital Group, and Portfolio Manager of the LRG Capital Funds
Mr. Goldfarb brings over twenty years of investment banking, trading and legal experience to LRG Capital Group. Recognized as an expert in making direct investments in private and public companies, he specializes in indentifying the financial needs of companies using a unique structuring of transactions that enables businesses to develop and provide investor returns.
Mr. Goldfarb began his career as a tax attorney with the law firms of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy and thereafter with Skadden Arps Meagher & Flom, where he provided tax analysis in connection with a wide variety of complex transactions, including financings, mergers and recapitalizations. Subsequently, Mr. Goldfarb joined Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation as a Partner and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1998 he formed BayStar Capital Management, LLC, a vehicle in which he could fund growth oriented, small capitalization, and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Goldfarb regularly speaks at both national and international private equity and hedge fund conferences and events, has written numerous books and articles on various investment strategies, and is a guest lecturer at business schools, including Columbia and Berkeley.
Mr. Goldfarb serves as a Board Member in several charitable and non-profit foundations such as Ambassadors of Hope and Opportunity, Blue Bear School of American Music, Youth Tennis Advantage and the Joe Toucan Diabetes Project. In February of 2010, he was honored by the American Diabetes Association as Father of the Year. He is president and chairman of the board for the non-profit 142 Throckmorton Theatre and is a major contributor and sponsor to the Scleroderma Research Foundation, The Mill Valley Film Festival, Homeward Bound of Marin, Tipping Point, Northern California Easter Seals, The Del Mar Development Champions Cup benefiting the Los Cabos Children's Foundation, The Esurance Tennis Classic and the Drug Policy Alliance. Stemming from his love of aiding underprivileged youth, the arts, and technology, Mr. Goldfarb continues to be a major contributor to Room to Read, The Lower Eastside Girls Club, Blue Star Music Camps and FIRST - For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology. Mr. Goldfarb also supports several organizations promoting knowledge, awareness and research of Autism such as Autism Speaks, The Ryder Foundation, Oak Hill School and Star Academy. Mr. Goldfarb owns and sponsors the LRG Racing team which competes in the American Federation of Motorcyclists and other racing clubs.
Mr. Goldfarb received his J.D. Cum Laude from Georgetown Law School in 1984, where he was on the Law Journal and published numerous articles, and his B.A. in International Economics from George Washington University in 1981.

Evan Kraus brings over twenty years of legal, investment and financing experience to the LRG Capital Group. Mr. Kraus launched the merchant bank of LRG Capital Group in 2006 concentrating on commercial financing transactions for real estate developers and business entrepreneurs. He previously served as a commercial lending officer of Tamalpais Bank, Vice President for broker-dealer and bank investment services for American Century Services Corporation, and as Vice President-Mutual Fund Alliances for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
Mr. Kraus has advised and served as legal counsel to various corporations throughout his career. He was Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of NetSource Communications, Inc., an international communications and internet services company, General Counsel to IASCO, a diversified international services company, corporate counsel to CIS Corporation, a lease syndication company and an associate attorney with the Pillsbury law firm in San Francisco from 1984 to 1986. Mr. Kraus received his B.A. degree from Brandeis University, his J.D. law degree from Emory University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar Association.
Geoffrey Koblick

Geoffrey Koblick is an attorney and real estate broker who has been investing in and managing Marin County commercial real estate since 1985. Mr. Koblick founded a software company (IMSI) in 1983, took it public in 1987, and sold his interest in 2003. Prior to that, he was an attorney for WordStar International Corporation and the law firm of Gunheim & Yturbide. Mr. Koblick's real estate properties have a 69% annual return on equity capital through June, 2008.
Mr. Koblick graduated from University of California at Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J. D. degree from University of California's Hasting College of Law in San Francisco, and is a member of the California State Bar Association.
Richard Hall

Richard Hall has extensive experience in retail and property acquisition, management and design. Mr. Hall served in various capabilities for the San Francisco retailer that became Macy's West, including store design and merchandising, store management, marketing and advertising, procurement, and vendor relations for store locations in six states.
Mr. Hall has been active in commercial real estate since 1999, focusing on investment, redevelopment, award winning renovation, and property management. Since inception, Mr. Hall's investments have achieved an 84% annual return on equity capital through June, 2008. He received his B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Santa Clara.
