In order to confirm that you meet the requirements to be an accredited investor (in accordance with Rule 501(a) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) you must be able to check one of the following:
Respondent is a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with his/her spouse, that exceeds $1 million. Respondent is a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with his/her spouse exceeding $300,000 in each of those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year. Respondent is an entity, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered, in which all of the equity owners are accredited investors.
